Fixed prices, before you go

By the route, date, vehicle class, operating distance and any requested extras. The displayed total includes applicable VAT, fuel, normal tolls and vignettes, standard parking, normal border processing and the vehicle's required travel. There are no hidden fees.

It is a fixed quote for the details entered, subject to vehicle availability. Once we confirm the booking in writing, it will not change because of normal traffic, border queues, weather, fuel or toll prices. It changes only if you request a different service.

Yes, and it is never higher. If one of our cars is already making the same journey in the other direction, for example returning from Greece after a drop-off, or you are open to sharing and others are going your way, we pass the saving on and confirm the lower price in writing.

Our vehicles and chauffeurs are based in Skopje. A journey outside the area must include all required operating kilometres and driver time, including the vehicle's return to base. That cost is already inside the fixed price rather than shown as a separate fee.

Yes. To change the time or place, message us and we confirm any new price before the trip. Cancel more than 24 hours before pick-up and there is no charge. Between 6 and 24 hours, 50% of the confirmed price applies; under 6 hours, or a no-show, the full price. Minibuses, events and bookings of five or more vehicles may have a 72-hour notice period, stated in your quote.

Send us a lower written quote from a licensed operator for the same trip, date and a comparable car, and we will review it before you book. If we can adjust our price, we confirm it in writing. We never lower the standard of the car or the driver to do it.
