The short version

We collect what we need to drive you somewhere, and nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not build a profile on you, and we do not send marketing.

What we collect

From the booking form: your name, email address, phone number, the route, the date and time, the number of passengers, the vehicle and extras you chose, your flight number if you gave one, your company name if you gave one, and anything you typed into the notes box.

That last field is free text, so please put only what is relevant to the journey in it.

With each booking or message we also receive some technical details: your IP address and the approximate city it points to, your browser and device type, screen size, time zone and language settings, and how you reached the site (the page you landed on, the website that sent you, and any campaign tag in the link, such as utm_source or gclid). They go only to our own inbox, so we can spot abuse and see which of our adverts work. We do not share them or use them to profile you.

Why we collect it

To give you a price, to send a driver to the right place at the right time, to reach you if something changes, and to issue an invoice if you asked for one. That is the whole list.

Who else sees it

The driver assigned to your trip sees your name, phone number, pick-up point and destination — the minimum needed to collect you.

Our email is delivered through Resend, and this website is hosted on Vercel. Both process data on our behalf under their own terms.

The addresses you type into the booking form are sent to OpenStreetMap services to suggest places and measure the drive. Your name and contact details are not.

To keep spam out, the forms are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at your browser rather than at what you type. Errors on the site are reported to Sentry so we can fix them; those reports do not include your IP address. Google Analytics runs only if you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time under Cookie settings at the foot of every page.

We hand over data to authorities only where the law actually requires it.

How long we keep it

Booking correspondence is kept for two years, so we can answer a question about a past trip or a lost item.

Where we issued an invoice, accounting law requires us to keep the record longer.

Ask us to delete your details at any time and we will, except where we are legally required to keep them.

Cookies

The only cookies are Google Analytics' (_ga), and only if you accept them in the cookie banner. They tell us which pages help people book; nothing is used for advertising. You can change your answer at any time under Cookie settings at the foot of every page.

The site also keeps a few small notes in your browser's own storage. They are not cookies and never leave your device unless you send a booking or a message: your cookie choice, the places you searched recently, a booking you have started, the reference of your last booking (so we can recognise you as a returning customer), and how you first reached us (the page you landed on, the website that sent you and any campaign tag). You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

Your rights

Write to us and you can ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We answer within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

Children

This website is not aimed at children. Bookings are made by adults, who may of course be travelling with children.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
