A black Mercedes van with its side door open and an accessible swivel seat lowered

Wheelchair-accessible travel, booked ahead

A rear ramp, a proper four-point restraint system, and no transfer out of your own chair. We know how rarely this is available here.

Stay in your own chair

We keep a wheelchair-accessible van on the fleet even though it is rarely the profitable choice. Finding one in this part of the world is unreasonably hard, and nobody should have to be lifted out of their own chair to reach an airport.

It is a VW Caddy Maxi with a rear ramp, a four-point lockdown and a shoulder belt, with room for up to three people travelling with you.

Included in every trip

  • Rear ramp, no lifting
  • Four-point lockdown and a shoulder belt
  • Room for up to three companions
  • The chair secured and checked before we move
  • Airport, hospital and cross-border trips
  • The fit confirmed before you pay

Measure the chair

  • WidthAcross the widest point, wheels and armrests included.
  • Height, seatedFrom the floor to the top of the head, with the passenger in the chair.
  • Manual or poweredPowered chairs are heavier. The make and model helps if you know it.
  • Who is comingHow many companions, up to three, and any other luggage.

Send them with the booking. We check them against the van and confirm before you pay anything.
