Quick answers before you book.
Online booking opens from tomorrow, and a day ahead is comfortable. For a ride today, call or message us: we can often help at a few hours' notice. If you are landing at 4am, or you need the accessible van or child seats, give us a day so we can put the right vehicle and the right driver on it.
It is a fixed quote for the details entered, subject to vehicle availability. Once we confirm the booking in writing, it will not change because of normal traffic, border queues, weather, fuel or toll prices. It changes only if you request a different service.
Yes. To change the time or place, message us and we confirm any new price before the trip. Cancel more than 24 hours before pick-up and there is no charge. Between 6 and 24 hours, 50% of the confirmed price applies; under 6 hours, or a no-show, the full price. Minibuses, events and bookings of five or more vehicles may have a 72-hour notice period, stated in your quote.
Give us the flight number when you book and we follow it. The driver arrives when the aircraft actually lands. Up to 60 minutes of waiting after landing is included, and we do not charge for delays that are not your fault.
On time, or 20% back. If our driver reaches a confirmed pick-up more than 15 minutes after the agreed time, we take 20% off that leg, or refund it if you have already paid. For airport pick-ups the agreed time is when your flight actually lands. It does not apply if the time or place changed after we confirmed, or to road closures, accidents, border closures or severe weather.
Yes. We regularly drive to Kosovo, Serbia, Bulgaria, Greece, Albania and Montenegro. Bring the passport or ID you used to enter, and tell us at booking if anyone in the car travels on a different document, so we can plan the crossing.
Cash in euros or denars to the driver, or a bank transfer before the trip. Company invoices with your VAT details are no problem. Card payment on the website is coming.
