Share the car, pay less

Tick “open to sharing” when you book. If others are going the same way at a similar time, we offer you a lower price before the trip. If not, your private car goes ahead as booked.

Shared ride questions

  • Book as usual and tick “open to sharing” in the extras step. Your booking is a private one, at the price shown. If we find others going the same way at a similar time, we contact you before the trip with the lower price.

  • It depends on how many people share the car. We tell you the exact price before you decide, and it is never more than the private price you booked at.

  • Then nothing changes: your private car goes ahead as booked, at the price you were quoted.

  • Only short ones, for pick-ups close to yours, and we tell you the exact pick-up time before you agree.

  • We track it. If the delay is long enough that the others cannot wait, you continue in a private car at the shared price you agreed, when the delay is not your fault.
