Borders, prices and timing.
Yes. We regularly drive to Kosovo, Serbia, Bulgaria, Greece, Albania and Montenegro. Bring the passport or ID you used to enter, and tell us at booking if anyone in the car travels on a different document, so we can plan the crossing.
Our vehicles and chauffeurs are based in Skopje. A journey outside the area must include all required operating kilometres and driver time, including the vehicle's return to base. That cost is already inside the fixed price rather than shown as a separate fee.
It is a fixed quote for the details entered, subject to vehicle availability. Once we confirm the booking in writing, it will not change because of normal traffic, border queues, weather, fuel or toll prices. It changes only if you request a different service.
Give us the flight number when you book and we follow it. The driver arrives when the aircraft actually lands. Up to 60 minutes of waiting after landing is included, and we do not charge for delays that are not your fault.
On time, or 20% back. If our driver reaches a confirmed pick-up more than 15 minutes after the agreed time, we take 20% off that leg, or refund it if you have already paid. For airport pick-ups the agreed time is when your flight actually lands. It does not apply if the time or place changed after we confirmed, or to road closures, accidents, border closures or severe weather.
Book the return together with the outward trip and save 10% on the pair. Tick “open to sharing” when you book. Ask us on WhatsApp whether one of our cars is already returning your way. After your first trip, every later booking is 5% off, and if you recommend us, your friend gets 10% off their first trip and you get 10% off your next one.
